Why Sims 2 Apartment Life not loading at all?

I recently posted a question about life before and how to use apartment to freeze up … Then i uninstalled mansions and gardens and playing only the lives of the apartment with other expansions and is loaded with EA games, then when it comes to life around the apartment and how you should have a bar that is charged to continue to choose ur Neighborhood … doesn't even load. I waited about 20 minutes. Then mansions and gardens i reinstalled again and played and the same thing happens … What happens? Answer please!
