How to get rid of pimples without using any creams for the face?

HELP! Help me get rid of these pimples and make my face clean and soft again, without using any creams for the face, because I can not go to the store and buy some. Please help me! Thanks.

Toothpaste dry out pimples take about 3 days to get rid of it. I put some on while I sleep.
